WHO WILL TEACH YOUR CHILDREN?

The base from which all Playball© programmes are taught is the successful selection, training and support of YOUR child’s coach.

The children's development and progression is our first priority. Standards, which are the obvious component of any successful service business, are far easier for us to achieve with a coach who is committed to the education process and understands the responsibility of being called "Coach......".  Our first and most important selection criteria is the coaches understanding and responsibility of working with children.

All Playball© coaches are trained and supported in all aspects of coaching every sixteen weeks through a highly successful training system.

Our training covers:

• Continued programme training and development.
• Continued training in teaching and coaching sport skills.
• Continued feedback on educational developments in the sports arena from around the world.

All our coaches have:

Complete knowledge of all the Playball© programmes that they will coach.

Teaching and coaching skills for the ages that we coach.

THE COACHING ENVIRONMENT

Coaching is done in a very positive, energetic, happy environment. No child is ever put under pressure to achieve. Each child is made to feel very special and they all feel recognized and part of the Playball© team.

Playball© coaches always teach positively - teaching positively and enthusiastically helps the child to develop confidence and overcome the fear of failure.

Playball© coaches always teach with lots of creativity and fun.

Playball© coaches are always active and involved - they have high energy levels on the court and teach with enthusiasm.

Playball© coaches are always patient and tolerant - they are aware that working with children of Playball© age requires patience and tolerance.

Playball© coaches truly believe that all of the Playball© programs are a legitimate, as well as necessary component of a child's life and that they all have a huge responsibility in the overall development of your childs life.

CLASS NUMBERS

Depending on the program there are between four and eight children in a class. The numbers are small enough to clearly monitor development and progression and large enough to ensure a fun-filled environment for the children.

EQUIPMENT

Each program utilizes equipment that has been specifically designed for each of the age groups. All the equipment obviously complements all the exercises that are taught.

TEACHING AIDS

The Playball© coaching systems are educationally correct and acknowledged by the educational and sports coaching professions to be one of the forerunners of skill development through the medium of sport. All lessons are complete with activity descriptions, coaching hints and equipment needed to ensure a result orientated program. They are updated continuously to correspond with ongoing educational advancement.

WHERE AND WHEN?

Playball© Venues

The Playball© program is taught at play schools, nursery schools and elementary schools. Playball© is also taught at sport clubs and community centers.

Class Times

Depending on the region or area, classes take place mostly in the mornings and early afternoon. Classes take place once a week.
